Modify disconnect cause

We are using 1760-V and VWIC-1MFT-E1 to connect two PBXs. The 1760-Vs have DSPs for 9 and 6 channels.

PBX1<->1760-1<->IP WAN<->1760-2<->PBX2.

When the PBX1 is generating a 7th call to the PBX2 and the 1760-2 has only DSPs for 6 calls, a message with no DSP resources available is gernerated and the call is disconected.

So far so good!

Is there any possibility to modify the ISDN disconnect cause value on the 1760-1 to PBX1 in this situation?

Many thanks in advance

Re: Modify disconnect cause

There is a command in AS5xxx box (only with this i've been working):

# interface Serial1/1:15

# isdn network-failure-cause yy - Specify cause code sent to pbx when there is a failure in the network (yy is the Cause code value)

I don't know if will work on 1760... but have a look.

Cheers

Robert
