MOH and remote locations

Hi

Trying to stop MOH to remote location because of bandwidth constraint

Central location.

MOH server assigned to HO_MRG,

HO_MRG is assigned to HO_MRL

HO Device Pool has HO_MRL listed in it.

The location for devices at HO is none

Created Remote location SE

Created SE_MRG with no MOH service

Assigned SE_MRG to SE_MRL

Created Device Pool SE with SE_MRL and no MOH sources

Phones in remote location have been assigned to device pool SE and

have SE_MRL and have no audio sources.

But I still get MOH when I call between 2 phones at the SE location.

Any ideas ?

Thanks

Re: MOH and remote locations

Well, just assign your HO device to a pool, do not use none, this is the null set and the default MOH source will be used, I found it best to never leave devices null (none), always assign to a region/location.
