MOH Connections

I would greatly appreciate any help I can receive on a solid way to connect a device with an RCA jack out to provide MOH on a CallManager server using an USB interface. I have it connected now through a device I have never seen but I am getting a lot of static and it sound really bad. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

CME supports live MoH from E&M operation 4-wire.The source is a unit that just provides audio out on an RCA jack, similar to

what a CD player would provide.

Thanks for the advice. I think where I will run into problems is the fact that the receiver I am coming out of has no volume. It relies on the television to provide that. The device you sent me does not appear to have a volume control.
