Dear All,
I' am experiencing an issue regarding the Music on Hold feature. It was working fine before, but suddenly it stops.
I uploaded was file from "MOH Audio File Management" and the CUCM convert to the proper format successfully, and I added it from the "Music on Hold Server Audio Sources", and I added the required MOH file for selected phone, but when trying to hold some one, the music is not coming!!! It gives two fast tones periodically without playing the music.
Please, any body can help meâ¦.

make sure the IPVMS has all the necessary codecs enabled, also doublecheck the MRGL from device and device pool on the phone on which you want to hear the MOH

Did you upload files to all servers (this holds true if all servers are MOH servers).

Yes i already uploaded the files to all MOH servers

Try to reset the MoH server(not the whole callmanager) and restart the Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App.
