MoH Issue

Greetings,

I Have Two files in MoH Hold Server Audio Source.

Unexpectedly, the MoH is no longer running the second song. It was functioning normally.

When a configure the second song on a IP Phone for example, the MoH is ... the silence ! ...


I am programming to make the restart of the Cisco IP Media Streaming App ... before that I will take some traces but this trace is very confuse ... anyone have any documentation or know of a guide to assist in the analysis of trace? .... Below is an example of a Media App Trace of a CUCM that the MoH is operating normally.

The traces are somewhat difficult to follow. If you can provide me with the full file output, for when you initiate MoH on the failed song, then I can go through them. Make sure to set the trace level to detailed for the IP Media Streaming App service.
