MoH plays dead-air when multicast checked

I can hear my MoH Audio file when Unicast, however when I check Multicast I hear dead air.

What are some show ip mroute commands to troubleshoot multicast?

You do have your hop count set up, right? What kind of switch ports are the destination phones plugged into? We started running into issues where we had to add "no ip igmp snooping" to the global config, especially when you have a switch blade installed in the router.
