Using Unity as Auto-Attendant, while waiting for transfer to a subscriber, MOH only plays for 1-2 seconds, then it's just silence--->using Release to Switch. MOH plays fine with Supervised Transfer, but then Caller-ID doesn't work. How can I get both working?

The reason you don't hear MOH in unsupervised transfer is because you should be hearing ring back. Some newer IOS releases fixed this depending on the gateway. What gateway are you using?

Gateway is VG-200 with Version 12.2(4.2a).

Make sure you have the following flag set to TRUE in CallManager Service Parameters
(version 3.08 or higher):
ToSendH225UserInfoMsg
This works for Cisco 2600 gateways, I'm not positive it will do the same for the VG200. If you can configure the Gateway as MGCP, that should correct it as well.

I set ToSendH225UserInfoMsg to true, and I now have 2 seconds of music, then ringback--so at least I'm better off than before. MGCP still won't support caller-id. Thanks for the tip.
