Monitor for concurrent CTI ports

I can't seem to get anyone who knows where to find a monitor that will show me how many concurrent cti ports I'm currently using at any given time. I setup a perfmon trace (call CTI Manager> CTI Connection Active) But this was showing 14 active sessions when we only have 10 licensed. If anyone has any information on how to do this, that would be great.

Firstly, the agent will be to make sure that he/she did not close the other window (Enterprise data). If they did, sometime, Super

will not be able to see them. Also, make sure that Super is logging in before an agent.

There is an issue with Cisco Supervisor Desktop with Internet Connection Firewall on Windows XP. Please see the URL below.

Have you tried the Call Manager client plugin Real Time Monitor. I recall this has ability to show CTI data.
