Monitor individual phones - Callmanager 3.1

Is there an easy way to monitor inbound and outbound calls on a single device? In particular, I need dates, times and called to and from numbers. The customer is requesting a weeks worth of history.

Yes. Install ART on your CM 3.1 server. The installation is located in the CM Plugins

I have got CM 3.1 but haven't got ART in the plugin section. Is there anywhere i can download this from?

but don't forget it's not going to pickup anything from more than 1 day before you install it!

I've heard that ART uses a ton of resources, do you find that to be true?
