more than one ac user

Is it not possible to create multiple web attendants with their own unique names as opposed to using the standard AC user? What if I want 5 seperate attendants?

You can have as many attendants you want.

AC user is added for because we used JTAPI and it is used for authentication.

create AC user and associate all the pilot points and all attendant phones to it.

You will have to also create web attendant users. Use this to logon to Attendant console. "AC" used is added in DC directory and it is not a web attendant user.
