Move from ActiveVoice Unity to NEC OEM.

Will full database Import/export Utility work between Unity and NEC Unity=AD120. I want to export the database from an Active Voice Unity ver 2.34b102 and restore it at AD120=Unity 2.46B135. I've never tried it and I know QA never looked at this... the cross OEM testing was never done (at NEC's direction, by the way... I think they were more worried about going the OTHER direction, but hey).
