Moving Exchange bridgehead database to new RAID-5 drive

Hello -

We are planning to move the Exchange database on our bridgehead server from the C drive (currently mirrored) to a RAID-5 new drive due to capacity issues. Our Unity 3.1(5) server uses that Exchange server as its peer. Our Unity Bridge 2.1 server uses that server as the message store for the UOMNI mailbox. The Exchange voice connector is likewise installed on that server. I've checked some of the existing white papers and other such links on Unity, but would like to confirm whether there may be any impact to our Unity servers or anything I need to do (other than maybe a reboot following the move of the database to the new drive)?

Thanks much in advance! Ginger

You don't need to change anything in Unity and if they are all going to say on the same Exchange server you shouldn't even need to reboot Unity.

Good luck...

Keith :-)
