Moving Info to 3.x

Is is possiable to use the import/export utility on 2.X to move subsriber or Call Handler info to a new install of 3.x?<br><br>If not, Can I copy the wav files of specific Subscribers or Call Handlers from the old to the new systems?<br><br>
