Does anyone know where I can download the approved Microsoft patches that have been tested by Cisco so that I can patch up my CCM & Unity servers? Thanks.

Go to CCO Voice downloads,
http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/sw-voice.shtml and click the appropriate callmanager version (link). Once you get there, you should have a link for Download OS Ugrades, BIOS etc. You should be able to see the updates. These patches are service releases to a base OS with service pack in the format 2000.2.x (x = 4, 5, 6, 7) or 2000.4.x (x = 1, 2)
For ex: 2000.2.4 is basically Microsoft Win 2000 with SP3. 2000.2.6 and 2000.2.7 upgrades that to WIndows 2000 with SP4 and may also contain some of the latest hotfixes. On top of these Cisco releases service releases called SR's. The latest on 2000.2.7 is 2000.2.7 SR8.
Also make sure you turn off automatic updates for WIn 2000 on Cisco Callmanager.
For Unity you can update directly from Microsoft website. Also in a Unified messaging environment, any update on your Exchange 2000/2003 (service packs), the same needs to be applied on the Unity server as well.

For CCM, you can find those at
http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/sw-voice.shtml
For Unity, you can download those directly from Microsoft. Check this link for Cisco recommendated Service packs

Anupana's links are correct. Just remember that for CCM you can ONLY download pathces from CCO site and just verify that your server is compatible.
For Unity as already told can be downloaded from Microsoft site, but ONLY the patches that are already approved by Cisco if not you won't get TAC support.
