Once you get there, you should have a link for Download OS Ugrades, BIOS etc. You should be able to see the updates. These patches are service releases to a base OS with service pack in the format 2000.2.x (x = 4, 5, 6, 7) or 2000.4.x (x = 1, 2)
For ex: 2000.2.4 is basically Microsoft Win 2000 with SP3. 2000.2.6 and 2000.2.7 upgrades that to WIndows 2000 with SP4 and may also contain some of the latest hotfixes. On top of these Cisco releases service releases called SR's. The latest on 2000.2.7 is 2000.2.7 SR8.
Also make sure you turn off automatic updates for WIn 2000 on Cisco Callmanager.
