MS03-026 is supported for Unity and Callmanager.

Hi ,

The link is good. But in the CCM link it says that don't download patch from Microsoft, instead download from Cisco.com.

Were u able to download it from CCO?

Correct, do not download/run/install anything on your CM unless it has come from cisco.com, a TAC engineer or is one of the few 3rd party software applications permitted (eg virus software).

MS03-031 is a cumulative patch which replaces MS03-026. Refer to the OS update within CCO for the correct version, as there is one specifically for SQL7 and SQL2K.

The same cumulative patch is available on Microsoft for Unity.

Apologies, MS03-031 is an SQL cumulative patch which replaces MS02-061.exe. It is win-OS-Upgrade-K9.2000-2-4sr5.exe which replaces ms03-026.

sr5 requires win-OS-upgrade-K9.2000-2-4 or later to be installed, however you can apply ms03-026 to 2000-2-3 OS versions without having to upgrade to 2000-2-4 first.

Did you apply the Cisco MS03-026 patch on Unity or the one from the Microsoft site? It doesn't really say in the docs, unless I am blind.
