MTP Agents and QOS

I need guidance on setting up QOS for IPCC MTP Agents. Specifically the ports in use that I'll need to include in priority queues.

The root of this need involves behavior where the MTP agent receives a call and the source DN shows up (in the call-alert pop-up window for the first 7-8 seconds as the CTI port (or CTI Route point) then finally populates with the originating DN/incoming caller ID. If the call is answered within that 7-8 second timeframe we are getting one-way, outbound audio within the 7-8 second duration.
