MTP not registered

We have a CCM 4.0(2a) Sr 2a . The MTP is not registered. I deleted and recreated the MTP . But problem remains the same . Any ideas ?

If this is an IOS MTP, do show sccp

The name of the MTP should be MTP+mac-address
