You need to install more MTP resources! MTP is mananged through medai resource manager in CCM. You assign media resources, such as MTP, tanscoding, conference bridges, etc, to a media resource group-> media resource list-> then to your gateway. You have to find out what application is calling for more MTP's. The requirement comes when a negotiation is needed between codecs, or a conference is required, etc...
You have software MTP's in CCM when your voice media streaming app service is enable. They are name MTP_XXXXX by default. If you have DSP's, you can configure them for transcoding, conferencing and voice termination, then register with CCM.

Try this,
go to service, service parameters and go cisco IP voice media streaming application.
Go down to Supported MOH Codecs*
hold the shift key and select the other codecs that are not selected.you will get a message, just click ok.
Make sure you see all codecs selected on all servers running the IP voice media streaming application service.Once this is done, let me know if the error message still floods your event viewer
