Multi-Line phone

This is being posted for another engineer of mine that had some specific questions regarding a certain client that we have.

When a caller is on Line 1 and a call rings in on Line 2 is there a way to change the Pixel display from the amount of time on Line 1 to the "Number" ringing in on Line 2 before picking up on line 2?

I think of a way to do this. If you select the second line the phone will come off hook on that line. What are they trying to get around you have the caller id at the bottom of the screen. What other info are they looking for the name?

They want the phone number of the second line Before they press the button and make that line go off hook. Basically, is it worth their time to pick up the call, or is the first call more important such that they can let the second call roll to voice mail.
