Unity isnt set up for tenant services scenarios like this. You can certainly setup separate routing rules triggered off of the dialed number that will get outside callers to the correct company greeting but theres no segmentation of the directory (i.e. employees in both companies can dial each other via auto attendant transfers, find each other for addressing messages and the like) and theres only one alpha directory
as such outside callers spelling the name of someone will get matches in both companies.
Also, if a user enters an invalid value during a greeting they will, by default, be taken back to the standard opening greeting (the one created by the setup program)
this can be a problem. The Error greeting that controls this is not exposed in the SA so its not easy to change this behavior and the overhead for maintaining this is pretty high.
Short answer is no, you should steer clear of trying to shoe-horn Unity into a tenant services setup like this.
