Hello, We want to deploy an application of videoconference on our local area network, Is it necessary to activate IGMP (protocol niv 3) to send video flows in multicast on LAN? If this is not necessary how one defines the multicast in level 2? Can activating IGMP on the SWITCH degrade the performance of the network in term of band-width? THANK YOU.
