Multi-Lingual Feature: If a station on one node calls a station on a different node, and the stations are set to use different languages, each set shall display the language chosen at their particular station. All nodes should be set to use the same Primary and Secondary languages.
1) The Voice Mail system must be multi-lingual. The system must provide the choice between two languages for prompts and displays. The system shall select the language to use for each call as determined by trunk, station, and Voice Processing programming.
2) The Voice Mail system shall allow the message recipient to automatically dial the extension number left in the header of a voice mail message. If CLID is provided to the PBX, this same feature shall allow the message recipient to automatically dial the phone number of the outside caller.
Thanks for the response. Can you also answer the second question in my previous post? Can you automatically dial a person based on CLID or when hearing the message. I guess you can always use Outlook to reply back but can you do it over the phone using Unity?
Yes, Unity does have a "live reply" feature that lets you call back a subscriber (not an unknown outside caller) at their phone directly from the message play conversation. It's going to dial their extension defined in Unity, it's not going to dial an external number direclty - at least not as it's currently implemented.
