Multi-Lingual Feature: If a station on one node calls a station on a different node, and the stations are set to use different languages, each set shall display the language chosen at their particular station. All nodes should be set to use the same Primary and Secondary languages.
There is no concept of Primary and Secondary languages, but other than that what you want to do (and I guess you are responding to a Tender by the tone of the question) is possible.
The best way to achieve it is configure the phone to use a base (Primary?) language (say English) and then the user device profiles use the prefered(secondary?) language of the user. When they log in the phone downloads the language and runs it.
Be careful though because a lot of phones logging in and requesting a language change at the same time could create unwanted traffic on your network.
