Multiparticipants VC over the internet using 3510

Have anyone tried to hold a multi participants vc over the internet which uses a mcu and gatekeeper?

I have tried using the IPVC 3510 mcu and gatekeeper, but the internet users can not logon to the gatekeeper and the vc fails.

Is it possible to hold such a multi participants vc over the internet?

Please help.

Your scenario will work if all components can access the gatekeeper. Perhaps you have a firewall that is keeping external endpoints from registering?

I already opened the following ports:

gatekeeper port 1719

mcu port 2719, 2720

It still can't register with the gatekeeper from external internet users.

Please help and give more info.
