You're logged into a machine that's in a domain your unity box isn't in. That login box will pop up everytime you access a page that has the Media Master on it. Go into your Tools menu to Internet Tools, and make sure Custom Level > User Authentication > Prompt for user name and password is selected for the Internet and Local intranet zones. That may help cut down the number of times you get prompted to login.
