Multiple Multicast MOH streams at Branch Office using SRST
We are currently using the router at the branch office to provide MoH. When a call is put on hold at the branch office the local phone attaches to the multicast stream being issued by the router (instead of the call manager server at HO)
We have a requirement to allow 2 different MoH streams at the branch office. It is my understanding that SRST 4.0 can only provide one MoH Multicast stream.
Is there any way to provide a second stream other than installing a second router or bringing the MoH back to HO.
Re: Multiple Multicast MOH streams at Branch Office using SRST
Unfortunately I don't think this is possible without as you said, a second router or using the HO CM. There just isn't any other option because we just have the single moh command under telephony-service.
