I know that Unity can integrate with a CallManager plus another PBX. Is it possible to have Unity integrated with multiple TDM PBX's? If so, how many and how would it be done? I have a customer with several different kinds of PBX's (Nortel, Siemens, etc.) that wants to centralize their voice mail platform and I need to know if it is possible to integrate Unity with all of those.<br><br>

Unity isn't designed to support more than one type of PBX at a time. The Multiple Integrations feature only applies to a PBX and a Call Manager simultaneously.

It would probably be easiest to use one of the PBX's as a relay point for the rest, but there would likely be integration compatibility issues and Cisco TAC wouldn't be under any obligation to support connectivity between different phone systems, only the single PBX attached to Unity.
