Hi,
Is it possible for the ICM to run several scripts on an IP IVR (CRS 3.0) using one single route point ? Because the JTAPI Trigger configuration allows only one Application to be associated to one Route Point.
And can a second IVR be activated through the same RP ?
Thanks.

As you said, JTAPI Trigger configuration allows only one application to be associated to one Route Point. Hence, it might not be possible to run several scripts using single route point.

Thank you for the answer. We have just found out the right configuration : in fact the application must be defined as an "ICM Translation-Routing" for which no specific script is attached, and under the ICM menu, VRU scripts must be created and linked to the IVR scripts. This way the ICM tells the IVR which script to play for every call queued in the IVR.
