Multiple updates to change Call Handler?

Whenever I want to change the extension that a call handler is sent to it seems I have to update it and save, then when I come back it's still at the old number, then if I change the number again and save, it sticks. Always seems to take exactly two change/save attempts to work - any ideas?<br><br>We're on 3.0.3 still, hoping to upgrade soon :-)<br><br> - Ken<br><br>Ken Johnson<br>Mgr. is this the transfer string for the call handler or the extension number? Is this just for call handlers? What about other objects like subscribers or interview handlers?
