Hello guys,

I have a Windows Media Audio file and want to use it as a MOH in CallManager 4.1. Could you please let me know what are the steps that I have to follow in order to translate and add this file in to MOH directory.

You can drop audio files in the following directory and CCM will convert them to the proper codecs assuming the audio translater service is running.

C:\Program Files\Cisco\DropMOHAudioSourceFilesHere
