music on hold bleeding through to conversation

CCM 3.32(c) - Occasionally when a call from outside our VOIP system comes in, they complain that they hear our on hold music while their having a conversation with the IP phone user. The IP phone user cant hear it, only the outside caller. I have my publisher set up to play 1 source file continuous and multicast. Any suggestions why this would happen?

(By the way, this also happened in my 3.14(b) environment.

I have noticed comments from several of my users also. I beleive that it has some thing to do with the ios version on the gateway not the call manager version. I have not looked for a solution since it has not been that much of a problem.

I too have seen this on CCM 3.3.3sr4a code. Unfortunately I don't have the router version at this time. Only occurs to one user. Anyone else have any suggestions on this issue.
