music on hold issue

we are having ccm and cisco ip phone 7961.How to play music on hold.we have done all the settings but it is not working

make sure the phone has music on hold

then check service....media resources...music on hold server are configured

also make sure you device pool are configure for MOH

If you using MRG and MRGL make sure that this are also assigned into your device pools
