MWI and 7960

I have the 7960 IP phones and am running CCM 3.2. Where do I go to set up the MWI lights system wide. I tried to add and entry using CCM Feature--->Voice Mail--->Message Waiting but I get an error when I put in my Extension saying profile already exists. Is there a how to out there?
