MWI delay

I am running call manager 3.02d and am having a wierd issue. The MWI lights take several minutes to show up on the phone after a message is left or they do not show up at all. THis only occurs on some phones. Not only that, but when I go in to check the user config in unity, the users setting have changed. This has happened multiple times, even after I correct the settings, they still revert back. Any info would be great.<br><br>

What version of Unity are you talking about? There was a known problem with a couple revs of 2.4.0 where the transfer settings were not being properly displayed in the SA (so it appeared we weren't saving the change, even though it really was).

As for the MWI delay problem, the best I can suggest is to reproduce the issue on one of the extensions having the problem and send us the output of a Subscriber Message Activity report for that user so we can see what's going on from our end at least...
