My Customers MWI's work fine at the central site and at a remote site.
We just added a second remote sit and the MWI's do not work. If they dial the MWI ON DN there is no reorder tone and the light does not lite. They have unity 3.1 call manager 3.2c centralized configuration. Another note: The customer did not want to have the VM to go to their inbox so I added the number 2 at the end of the alias so the VM would go to this other inbox. Thanks for your help
If the user at the remote site dials the MWI DN on their phone and it doesn't work, you might want to punt this question over to the IP Telephony forum since that functionality is outside of Unity and in CallManager.
