We have Unity two exchange servers, in the same message store. One of the echange servers is 2010, and a few users have been moved to the new exchange.
The people in the echange 2010 are not getting a MWI light when they get voicemail. Everything else is working, they get the mail in their mailbox and it shows up in e-mail, just no light. the previous exchange works fine, and these people had no problem until they got moved.
There is an MWI resyc sheduled for 12:59 AM, I am assuming the check means every night.
According to the doc, this could be a result of being in a different message store, but these users are in the same message store.
Calling the MWI numbers from these extensions will activate/deactivate MWI light, so it sounds like Unity is not sending the signal for the light.
