MWI Issue with one extension

I have an issue with only 1 extension. The MWI will not light when the user has voice mail. I am running 3.2.2c sph. Unity 3.1(5). Thanks.

Hello -

Just a thought for things to check when you are not getting MWI to work for just one user:

- Does the user have an Outlook rule set up that moves the voicemail to a public folder? In this instance, MWI will not get triggered. The voicemail must come into the inbox to trigger MWI.

- Can you dial the MWI on and off extensions that you have set up for CCM and Unity from the user's IP phone?

- Is the correct voicemail profile set for the user's DN in CallManager?

- Is the user's phone in the same Call Search Space as the Unity ports?

- Is the extension coded in Unity voicemail, either as a primary or alternate extension for the user?

Checked all the listed settings and each checked OK. Not sure where to go from here. Any advice?
