MWI issues

MWI lights turn on with no problem and if the message is retrieved from mail box immediately, the MWI light turns off. However, if the message sits in the mail box any time (even a couple of minutes) the MWI light will not turn off after retrieval. In traces when Unity passes the MWI off code it also uses the lamp mode status of 2 which is on instead of 1 which is off.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled tsp to no avail. From the phone can dial the MWI off number and turn off manually.

A secondary issue - when you dial an internal extension (from internal), instead of directing you immediately to the voice mail box when there is no answer or busy the message "please enter your id" plays - this is intermittent though happens this way more than 50% of time.

Any help on either problem would be greatly appreciated!!!

Have had case open with TAC since the first of April and we have tried everything without resolution so was hoping someone in the field may have experienced and solved issue. Now am preparing to upgrade to 3.1.3 at request of TAC and keeping fingers crossed that this will fix.
