MWI light on transferred number

Unity 2.46, 102 as a unified system.<br>Manager/secretary relatioship where the manager has forwarded his number to the secretary. If the secretary does not answer the message is left on the managers mailbox. Is there a way of changing this so that the message can be left on the secretarys mailbox. What would happen if I deleted the managers mailbox in Unity - where will messages be left on the secretarys mailbox or an undeliverable area? Also if I delete the subscriber in Unity will it automatically delete the exchange a/c(I'm trying to avaoid this).<br>thanks in advance.<br><br>Jeff<br><br><br>

What kind of phone system is this? The Unity goes to whatever mailbox the phone system provides as the forwarding station, your solution to this might lie there.

Deleting the mailbox from Unity does not remove the Exchange account; the existing messages will still be in this account's message store. Just removing the manager account will not solve your issue, however.
