MWI not functioning for certain users

CM: 3.1.2c<br>Unity: 2.4.6.135<br>NT4 and Ex. 5.5<br>TSP:3.0.4<br>When messages are left for certain users MWI is not working for these users. In the diag traces we can see MWI being lit for other users.<br>In the event log there is an error for these particular users:<br>Event ID: 1048<br>Source: AVNotifier_MC<br>Type: Error<br>Category: Run<br>Error Message:<br>Mailbox logon failed for user<br>cn=JHoetmer,cn=Recipients,ou=EDSRDVMAW,o=Unity.<br><br>Again we see the following messages in the Diag traces for other users but not the ones in the error message:<br>14:06:33:609 (AvNotifier_MC,1087,Notifier,12) [Thread 0x000002A7] Queued MWI task for mailuser=Adrienne Bessell, extension=67103, status=Off <br>14:06:33:625 (AvNotifier_MC,1082,Notifier,12) [Thread 0x000003D1] MWI Device - MWI Entry AV_RESYNC_MWI_OFF Received: Task Adrienne Bessell MWI-1 timestamp 1015902393 <br>14:06:33:626 (AvMiu_MC,621,MiuIntegration,12) [Thread 0x000003D1] Beginning MWI Request on Port 32 of Switch 0 to State OFF. <br>14:06:33:750 (AvMiu_MC,622,MiuIntegration,12) [Thread 0x000003D1] MWI Request on Port 32 of Switch 0 to State OFF succeeded. <br>14:06:33:812 (AvNotifier_MC,1087,Notifier,12) [Thread 0x000003D1] Completed MWI task for mailuser=Adrienne Bessell, <br><br>Any ideas, help.<br>Thank you.<br>Regards,<br>Glen<br><br><br>

Re: MWI not functioning for certain users

We are not able to connect to the mailbox and thus cannot get any notifications. Are you able to sign in into these mailboxes from the TUI?
