It appears our problem started after a broadcast message was sent out a couple of days ago to all subscribers from our operations manager. It didn't affect everyone in the same way. Some people never got a message waiting light while others did. Deleting this message in their mailboxes appears to have corrected the problem for some people. Weird. I reset some phones and some would get the message waiting light while others didn't after recieving a new message. <br><br>The number of ports we have on our Unilty voice mail system is 32 and we are running two call managers in conjunction with this system. Our user base is over 300 and just recently the broadcast voice message caused this issue. We have sent broadcast messages in the past that didn't affect our system in this way. <br><br><br>
