We are currently running CM ver 4.1.3 and unity ver 4.0.2 for voicemail only. Recently the MWI notification has stopped working. I have enabled the traces on Unity for MWI but when we leave a voicemail for a subscriber the MWI light does not come on and there is nothing on the trace logs on unity. Same issue if a subscriber listens to or deletes all their messages the MWI light remains on and there is nothing in the trace logs on unity. If I do the manual resynch from the unity tools the MWI lights go to the correct status and I see the activity in the trace logs. However any further activity that should change the MWI state, does not. The only way to get the MWI state to change is to do the resynch tool again. The only error messages in the event log are that exchange is out of licenses. However I have been informed that this should not cause any issue because we are using voicemail only and not UM. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
