Re: MWI not working - after patches

Are there any errors in the Unity server's application log? What are the Unity and AvSkinny.tsp versions? Do the lamps not go on? Off? Both?

Re: MWI not working - after patches

yes the MWI lights go on and off manually
the TSP version is 6.01 (CM-TSP - latest)
problem appears to be in switch/ports

shows under SWITCH
Active Switch is Cisco Callmanager ....
Set Active Switch Type = Avaya .... no PBX integration

Shows under IP SWITCH
Active Switch Settings is Callmanger ...
Set Active Switch type = Cisco, Callmanager,3.0(1) or later, Tapi

Ports show
Cisco - Callmanager port 0 through 0 (first port set)
Cisco - Callmanager port 1 through 4 (second port set)

all set for MM, MWI, etc

i would think the first set of ports would be identified as PBX switch type

setting the ports to first set and saving(0 - 0 to 1 -4 and second set to 0 -0), then setting them back to second port set (1-4 from 0-0) and saving appears to have made it work again.
