MWI on and no Vm set for this phone

I have one particular phone with the MWI turned on, this phone does not have VM, is there a way to turn it off???<br><br>

Yep. On the CallManager, check the CallManager service parameters for "MessageWaitingOffDn". What ever that value is, just pick up the phone in question and dial that number. If you do not have access to the CallManager server, and MWI does normally work for voice mail subscribers, you can find the MessageWaitingOffDn from the AvCiscoTSP control panel applet. Double-click on Av-Cisco Service Provider from the "Phone and Modem" control panel, and go to "settings". The MessageWaitingOn/Off DNs will be listed there as well.
