MWI on no all phones

Running unity 4.03 with ccm 3.1 4b and tsp 7.03.

This morning the MWI on all phones were on and this happened one other time before after we did the unity upgrade.

Any one know if there is any known issues regarding this problem.

Never have seen that. Did you just do a full resynch from Unity to return them to their normal state? I would probably take a look at the CCM trace logs to see if you actually see Unity initiating a call for each phone (or where it actually came from).
