I installed Unity 2.4.6 and CM 3.0.8. I also installed TSP on Unity. If my phones are auto registering with the range of 2000-2050, what ports numbers should I use for the MessageWaitingON and MessageWaitingOFF settings on the CM and Unity server. I also don't understand what the Directory number should be configured for on the CM when I configure the Uone port. Please advise.

Thanks!

-Ken

Use a number out of the 2XXX range and something that doesn't match any potential route patterns. How does 7000 and 7001 work for you? Any legit number should do. Just make sure whatever is configured in the CallManager service parameters matches what the TSP will try to use.
Thanks for the reply. I didn't know for sure if it should be in the same range as the phones because I continued to receive a busy signal but I think its because I failed to configure it on the Unity server correctly. I'll give the 7000 ports a try.
