MWI probelm in Unity 2.4.6(161) TSP 7.0 with CM 3.1(4b)

We have about 700 unity subscribers and for few of them the MWI is not showing up, only the envelope will show up next to the extension.

When the new message arrives nothing shows up (envelope or MWI), I have to manually refresh the Message Waiting Indicators (MWIs) button in Unity to show the Envelope next to the extension, but no MWI will show up.

This is happenning for few users and the configuration of those users are same as the rest of the users in Unity and CM.

Any help would be appreciated.
