MWI Problem, Unity 4.0.3 with Domino 5.0.12.

Hi all,

I'm having a bit of a problem with the MWI in Uinty 4.0.3. What I've found is when User "A" leaves a message for User "B", some times the light comes on both users extensions. This only happens from time to time. I've checked all the Domino Settings and went through all the MWI troubleshooting documents and still can't figure this one out.

Can anyone help??

Please verify that ESs 6, 7, 13 and 26 have been applied on your system.

What is the Unity and Domino server configuration?

Review the log.nsf file on the Domino server on which User A and B reside and see what type DUCS notifications are being sent out.
