MWI Reset

I recall in my Unity training that there is a place or tool to reset all MWI lights to there true state and need to locate it.

What version of Unity are you running? If it is 4+ then this can be accomplished by using the tools depot shortcut created on desktop of the Unity server during installation. From there if you expand Switch Integration Tools, then bring up Telephone Integration Manager you should see the integration you created. Click on the Properties of your integration and there is a button that says Resynchronize Now.
